In 2018, Carylye set out to be the go-to for California home decor inspired collections. They knew a change had to be made in their current approach for business and digital. With an urgency to drive traffic and maintain an experience that mattered to the customer’s journey, Carlyle was set on a change and transition.
Our strategic recommendations took Carlyle's problems and placed them at the core. Building solutions around experience and checking off the list of the problems one at a time, we created a ground up social media strategy that focused on customer, community and sales. Our challenge included humanizing the brand, supporting culture and rewarding the audience.
